Is MCO compatible with AE? ›

MCO SKSE plugin remade to work with all Skyrim versions including the latest AE build. Modern Combat Overhaul's SKSE plugin is used to add "recovery" frames to attack animations, which lets the player exit attacks early via directional inputs on supported movesets.

AMCO (Attack - Modern Combat Overhaul) is made to be as compatible with other mods as possible. ADXP (Attack - Distar Experience) is ideal for an animation based modlist and animation development. It removes the directional power attack and the weapon speedmult to let the user chose it on an animation basis.

Nolvus uses a Combat Stances System which allows you to switch to 4 different weapon movesets by weapon types. This is done by the mod MCO Stances Framework designed for Nolvus. You can change your combat stance by pressing the corresponding stance keyboard key.

AMCO forces hand-to-hand combat to use the same system as other weapon types. So now we only have power attacks with the standing power attack keyword. ADXP breaks any perks that edit weaponspeedmult. As such just removed the attack speed buff and increased the movement buff from 10% to 20%.
